In my other Blogs, I've talked about the dangers of so-called "silicone pumping parties." I see on "Planet Out," and various other news sources I monitor, that a court handed down a five year sentence to a Transgendered woman from Georgia.
She reportedly plead guilty to manslaughter charges in connection with the death of a woman who lapsed into a coma and died after receiving the lethal injections of industrial-grade silicone. The injections of this vile and unsterile substance are performed in an attempt to obtain more feminine features.
I've been writing about the whole horrid pumping "scene" for quite a long time. I remember attending a pumping party in the mid 80's (I didn't participate), but was absolutley
shocked, stunned, and disgusted at what I saw.
Many Transgendered groups have expressed varied concerns regarding such "parties." All agree to the danger. What's interesting to note, is that many of us in the TG community tend to agree that
such drastic measures wouldn't have be taken if we were allowed adequate health care, nor suffered from the discrimination against TG's, and - in some cases - the poverty we face due to our situation.
